These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services provided by Full Stack GTM LLC ("Full Stack GTM," "we," "us," or "our"), including fullstackgtm.com and app.fullstackgtm.com (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services

Full Stack GTM provides software and related services for CRM data hygiene and revenue operations — including auditing CRM data, proposing changes, and applying changes you approve — along with optional professional services. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Your data and connected tools

You retain all rights to the data you provide or connect, including the records in any CRM or other tool you authorize us to access ("Customer Data"). You grant Full Stack GTM a limited license to access, process, and store Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights and authorizations necessary to connect those tools and to permit our processing. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any changes the Services propose to your systems.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services unlawfully or in violation of any third party's rights;
  • Access data you are not authorized to access;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services;
  • Reverse engineer or misuse the Services except as permitted by applicable law or an open-source license;
  • Use the Services to send spam or to process data in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Services, including our software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Full Stack GTM or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Open-source components are licensed under their respective licenses, which govern your use of those components. Except as expressly permitted, no rights are granted to you.

Third-party services

The Services rely on and integrate with third-party services (for example, authentication, hosting, and the CRM tools you connect). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Fees

Some features or professional services may require payment. Where fees apply, they will be described in an order, subscription, or separate agreement, and are payable as set out there.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and you are responsible for maintaining your own backups and for reviewing changes before they are applied.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FULL STACK GTM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Full Stack GTM harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
