About Us

We've built GTM data stacks for companies at every stage

Full Stack GTM builds fullstackgtm — the open-source, agent-safe CRM engine where every write is a plan a human approves — and runs it for revenue teams that want it done for them. We've done this work at companies ranging from $5M to $400M+ in revenue, across SaaS, marketplaces, e-commerce, and fintech.

The engine is Apache-2.0 and open on GitHub — the same gate, audit trail, and benchmark we publish are the ones we run on client CRMs.

Most companies we work with start at Stage 1–2 on the GTM Data Maturity Model: spreadsheets, disconnected systems, and conflicting reports. We help them reach Stage 3–4 within a single engagement — not by replacing their tools, but by connecting what they already have.

Team

The people behind Full Stack GTM

Between us we've sat in the three seats this product is built for: running a go-to-market org on the CRM, doing the analytics by hand, and building the systems underneath.

Ryan Iyengar

CEO & Founder

Before Full Stack GTM I ran go-to-market as a CMO, CRO, and President, most recently as President of Helium 10. In all of those jobs the CRM was something I worked around rather than relied on: numbers that didn't reconcile, deals claimed by more than one team. I started the company to fix that at the source, and to build a tool that lets an AI agent help with the work without changing anything you haven't approved.

Analytics Lead

I led analytics at CareRev and worked with Ryan at ZipRecruiter. A lot of that job was rebuilding numbers by hand in SQL because the dashboards didn't agree with each other. fullstackgtm turns the checks I used to run manually into something that runs on a schedule, and that an agent can run without making a mess.

Data Engineer

I've spent about two decades in backend and infrastructure: Go, Perl, Postgres, Kubernetes. I build the part of fullstackgtm that does the actual work. The rule it's built around is simple: an agent should never write to a production system without a plan, an approval, and a record of what changed. That's the standard I'd want for anything I'm responsible for.
